The human work is the hard part. The build is where we prove we’re not lightweight.

Most of this site is about people, because that’s where AI projects actually succeed or fail. This page is for whoever has to vet the build — how we choose tools, how we handle your data, and how it plugs into what you already run. Plain language, real substance.

Why we build Claude-led.

We standardize on Claude as our default model — a deliberate choice, not a fashion. Where the work needs judgment, nuance, and following instructions carefully — which is most real business work — it’s the most capable and the most steerable. Building deep on one platform we know cold means we ship faster and break less than spreading thin across five.

Pragmatic, not dogmatic.

Claude-led doesn’t mean Claude-only. If your company is standardized on Microsoft 365 Copilot or Google Workspace, we build there too — and we’ll tell you honestly where each is the right tool for the job. We meet your stack; we don’t fight it, and we don’t make you rip out what already works.

Security & data governance.

The part the technical buyer scans for. Here’s the straight version — standard practice for us, not a paid add-on:

Where your data lives — residency, sovereignty & scale.

For a company-wide rollout, the first question IT asks is where the data goes. The straight answer:

It plugs into what you already run.

Your stack is already complex — a CRM, a data warehouse, the docs and knowledge your team works in, a dozen SaaS tools, and the internal APIs and systems of record that run the business. We don’t ask you to move off any of it. The AI works inside that environment, not as another silo beside it.

We connect three ways: native integrations where they exist, your own APIs where they don’t, and MCP — the open Model Context Protocol — to give the model governed, real-time read-and-write access to your tools and data. Where a clean connection isn’t available, we tell you up front, with the workaround and its limits.

What “skills,” “agents,” and “workflows” actually mean.

Plain definitions, no science fiction:

Skill

A reusable capability you can invoke

A packaged procedure the AI runs on demand — “draft a proposal in our format,” “triage the inbox,” “build the weekly report.” Defined once, used across the team, the same way every time — the building block the rest runs on.

Workflow

A reliable series of steps

The AI runs the same steps the same way every time — e.g. take an incoming email, pull the relevant data, draft the reply for a human to approve. Predictable, repeatable.

Agent

A workflow that can decide

It chooses which step or skill to run next within rules you set — bounded, not a free-roaming robot. It does more of the judgment, inside guardrails you define.

We build these as one orchestrated system on your shared context — not scattered point-bots — connected to your tools and owned by you. And all of it is scoped, observable, and stoppable: you can see what ran and why, with a human in the loop wherever it matters. See AI Skills, Agents & Automations →

How delivery runs.

The same way we de-risk every engagement — phased, value-gated, adoption-measured. Three moves:

01

Scope & guardrails

The job to be done, the data it touches, and the access rules — agreed before we build a thing.

02

Build & integrate

On tools you own, wired into your stack, tested against your real inputs — not a sandbox demo.

03

Adopt & hand over

Your team uses it, we measure it actually runs, and you own everything — with the docs to run it.

The human work is the hard part. But when it’s time to build, you want someone who actually can.

The rest of the site is about the people. This page is the proof that we ship.

Questions the technical evaluator asks.

Is our data used to train AI models?

No. We configure engagements so your data isn’t used to train anyone’s model, and we’ll walk your team through exactly how it’s handled.

Who owns what you build?

You do — prompts, workflows, agents, and code are all yours. No lock-in, no renting your own capability back.

Which AI platform, and why?

Claude-led by default — strongest where judgment matters — and pragmatic: if you’re standardized on Microsoft 365 Copilot or Google Workspace, we build there too.

Do you lock us into one vendor?

No. You own the IP and the platform, and we build so you can run and extend it without us — the opposite of lock-in.

Does it work with our existing tools?

Yes — we integrate with the CRM, docs, and comms you already run rather than replacing them, and we’re honest where a clean integration isn’t available.

Who maintains it after you’re done?

Your team, with the documentation and training to run it — or us, on an ongoing basis, if you’d rather. Your call, not a dependency we engineer in.

Can our data stay in the EU / a specific region?

Yes. We can architect the build on in-region or EU-hosted Claude so your data doesn’t leave your jurisdiction. We’ll confirm the exact path for your setup as part of scoping.

Are you GDPR / SOC 2 compliant?

We build to your compliance requirements and configure data handling — no training on your data, controlled retention — accordingly. We’re a founder-led firm, not a certified platform vendor: the underlying cloud and model platform carry those certifications, and we’ll complete your security review and document the data flow.
