Laura Pretsch, co-founder and COO of bosio.digital

Laura began in law. She holds a Juris Doctor and practiced IP litigation in Frankfurt, Germany — before a deeper question pulled her elsewhere: not what organizations are allowed to do, but what they are actually able to absorb.

She moved into executive coaching and organizational leadership, coaching C-suite executives at organizations including Genentech. For fifteen years she served as volunteer COO of an international nonprofit operating more than 650 meditation centers worldwide, building the systems and scaling contemplative organizations across cultures.

At bosio.digital, Laura owns the half of every engagement most AI projects ignore — governance, organizational capacity, and change management. Sascha designs what to build; Laura makes sure the organization is ready to live with it. Her superpower is seeing what is sustainable, not just what is possible.

Underneath it all runs thirty years of daily contemplative practice in the Vajrayana Buddhist tradition. It is where she learned to work with the real obstacles in any transformation — resistance, ego, uncertainty — and it is why psychological safety, not pressure, is the foundation of how bosio.digital designs change.

She co-leads every client engagement alongside Sascha Bosio, backed by a network of vetted senior specialists when a build needs specific expertise.
