Co-Founder & CEO · bosio.digital
Sascha Bosio is co-founder and CEO of bosio.digital — 25+ years guiding digital transformation for adidas, Sony, Mercedes-Benz, and Coca-Cola, now helping mid-market executives adopt AI through the Humans First methodology: deep technical fluency paired with a genuine understanding of human nature.
Sascha grew up in Southern Germany and started his career in advertising agencies, rising to creative director. He learned early that the work that lands isn’t the cleverest idea — it’s the one people actually adopt.
In 2001 he joined Artificial Life, an early AI company, working under AI pioneer Prof. Eberhard Schöneburg. It’s where he first saw the gap that still defines the field: what is technically possible races far ahead of what people are ready to use. The technology was never the hard part. The humans were.
He founded bosio.digital in San Francisco in 2005 and spent two decades guiding digital transformation for global brands — adidas, Sony, Mercedes-Benz, Coca-Cola, and Montblanc. Running alongside the client work was a parallel, 25-year personal contemplative practice that shaped how he thinks about change: not as something you impose, but as something people choose when they feel safe and elevated.
Those two threads — deep technical fluency and a genuine understanding of human nature — became the Humans First methodology bosio.digital runs on today. Sascha leads every client engagement personally, alongside co-founder Laura Pretsch, backed by a network of vetted senior specialists when a build needs specific expertise.
He is currently writing a book on leadership and inner development in the age of AI.
